Shit’s official…I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification! In those nine weeks, I found my family of yogi(ni)s. We went through a lot together and I got to see their smiling faces every damn day. I proudly danced up to receive my certificate at graduation. My best friends (& adopted parents) even came to celebrate. I could not have done it without the support of everyone around me. So many good vibes, so much love, so blessed. Namaste. 🙏

We attempted to catch sunset & star gaze on top of Mauna Kea. Fail. It was rainy with no visibility. Caught a glimpse of the sunset on the drive up, then had a picnic in the car & drove back down. Just another reason to make another Big Island trip! 😜

His one request was to see lava. That didn’t happen, but we did have a great time at Volcano National Park! Experienced the steam vents, walked the crater, took our first real photo together (he knows the hand on the hip=dumb stance), drove chain of craters road, then went & enjoyed a wine tasting.

Finally made it back to South Point & jumped this time. I can now officially say I’ve jumped off the southern most point in the United States…kinda cool, right?! Best part was seeing how happy the friend pair was…completely in his element. ☺️

Celebrated becoming a certified yoga teacher with a long weekend on Big Island. Home was the cutest cottage in Pahoa across from the nude black sand beach.

I taught my first ever yoga class last Saturday; the perfect start to a perfect day. So thankful for everyone who attended & for the ability to share what I love doing. Namaste. 🙏

Work.
